Max is the President and CEO of Ratcliff Constructors, L.P. overseeing all aspects of business development, corporate, and financial operations. Max was exposed to construction at a very young age and has continued to be involved within the design and construction industry. With the establishment of the Ratcliff Constructors, L.P. office in 1997, Max’s passion for the industry has led to an annual volume of $110 Million. With this growth came a diverse portfolio that includes K-12 Education, Higher Education, Office Buildings, Assisted Living Facilities, Municipal Facilities, and Industrial Warehouses.

Chris is the Executive Vice President of Ratcliff Constructors, L.P. overseeing the daily operations of the business from pre-construction through project completion and warranty. Since 2000, Chris has held several different positions at Ratcliff working towards continuous improvement of company practices. Chris’ aptitude for client engagement and project management, paired with his ability to lead by example, has positioned him as an invaluable member of the Ratcliff team.

Scott is the Vice President of Ratcliff Constructors, L.P. overseeing the daily management of Ratcliff employees with focus on Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. Scott has been with Ratcliff Constructors since 2004 and brings a level of leadership that is paramount to the success of teamwork within the company. Scott has over 20 years of construction experience, and continues to grow as a manager, confidant, and a leader for the Ratcliff team.
